About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and organized Bilingual Office Assistant to support daily office operations in a manufacturing environment. This position will assist with front desk reception, employee onboarding, time and attendance tracking, scheduling, and general administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with HRIS systems required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Paycor experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls.
  • Manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.
  • Track employee attendance and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee files.
  • Schedule weld tests and candidate appointments.
  • Organize filing systems and office documents.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports using Excel.
  • Support HR and office staff with various administrative tasks.
