About The Position
The Bilingual Nurse Case Manager – Workers’ Compensation role is a consultative position supporting individuals with work-related injuries. This role does not involve hands-on treatment, on-call duties, or weekend work. The primary focus is on conducting evaluations, coordinating care, and acting as a liaison between injured workers and providers.
Requirements
- RN with ASN or higher
- Strong clinical background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro preferred)
- Workers’ Comp experience
- Bilingual proficiency is required
- Ability to travel within Phoenix metro (reliable transportation required)
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative evaluations (physical & psychosocial)
- Coordinate care with physicians and claims adjusters
- Serve as a liaison between injured workers and providers
- Build strong client and provider relationships
