Bilingual Nurse Case Manager- Phoenix, AZ
About The Position
Join a consultative care team supporting individuals with work-related injuries. This role offers a transition away from bedside care while utilizing clinical expertise. The position involves no hands-on treatment, no on-call duties, and no weekend work. The company, The IMA Group, has a Government Services Division that supports various government agencies with medical and psychological examinations, and a Payer Services Division that meets the evaluation and screening needs of various markets including workers' compensation, disability, liability, and auto. They also have a Clinical Research Division for Phase II-IV clinical trials.
Requirements
- RN with ASN or higher
- Strong clinical background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro preferred)
- Workers’ Comp experience
- Bilingual proficiency is required
- Ability to travel within Phoenix metro (reliable transportation required)
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative evaluations (physical & psychosocial)
- Coordinate care with physicians and claims adjusters
- Serve as a liaison between injured workers and providers
- Build strong client and provider relationships
