Bilingual Night Lead
About The Position
The Bilingual Night Lead position is located in Litchfield Park, AZ. This role involves sharing business information through floor presence, collaborating with other department Leads/Operations Managers to assist and trade resources, and suggesting improvements to current techniques. The Lead will train and direct a team of associates to achieve departmental production goals, ensuring customers receive the ultimate delivery experience. Key responsibilities include controlling workflow, prioritizing team goals to meet deadlines, tracking productivity, researching and resolving issues, and providing feedback on performance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At Least 1 year in a leadership role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Have basic knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, Shipping, Inventory Control, Profiling, and Waving
- Have working knowledge of Excel, Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS), Radio Frequency Scanner (RF Scanner), and AS400
- Able to multi-task and be extremely detailed on all written and verbal communications/documentations
- Have Intermediate knowledge of basic math (addition and subtraction)
- Able to take initiative and work with minimal direction
- Have excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team
- Available to work overtime and flexible schedules
- Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed
- Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders
- Able to lift up to 75lbs
- Comfortable walking/standing 90% of the day
Responsibilities
- Share business information through floor presence
- Work well with other department Leads/Operations Managers in assisting and trading resources when necessary
- Suggest improvements to current techniques
- Train and direct a team of associates to achieve departmental production goals in order to provide customers with the ultimate delivery experience
- Control the workflow on the floor to include prioritizing team goals to ensure that deadlines are met
- Tracking productivity, researching and resolving issues, providing feedback on productivity and quality related performance
- Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
