About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Bilingual New Patient Coordinator (Remote) to join their rapidly growing team. This role supports the sales and intake team by managing inbound faxed referrals (warm leads) and website contact forms for a specific region of clinics, with the goal of converting these leads into scheduled consultations. This is not a queue-based position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an environment connecting with warm leads, customer retention, or quota-based goals
  • Exceptional communication and human relations skills in working with patients and co-workers from different backgrounds
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to manage details and strong organization skills

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and use other engagement/communication vehicles to schedule new patients with first touch within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Answer questions about the treatment in easy-to-understand ways.
  • Help parents understand what makes Cranial Technologies different from the competition and communicate the benefits of treating with Cranial Technologies vs the competition.
  • Address and overcome objections from families.
  • Coordinate with territory sales reps on unresponsive or declined leads.
