About The Position

The family is seeking a long-term Bilingual Nanny & Educator to care for their three-year-old daughter and support the children’s learning and Spanish development as the family grows. The role is based in Whitwell, Tennessee, with a planned move to Nashville in late 2027 to early 2028. The position is intended to continue for at least five years and through the move. The educator will lead the home-learning rhythm, including about 90 minutes per day of structured, screen-free learning using plans developed with the parents. The remainder of the afternoon will be learning-rich care through activities such as cooking, baking, gardening, reading, building, nature experiences, and outings. Spanish immersion is to continue daily. Care for the daughter runs from lunch through dinner and bedtime, with responsibility expanding to older children as they grow. Household tasks are performed alongside the children in a Montessori-style approach. The role works alongside the family’s nanny and uses household systems supported by AI and ClickUp. Responsibilities also include preparing children’s snacks and dinner from scratch with whole foods, household errands and inventory, logging learning progress, and supporting one or two family trips per year. The role is full-time, five days a week from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Workdays will be Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, confirmed at offer. The position is live-out for now; a live-in option in a private in-law suite is planned for a future home.
