About The Position

Seth and Tori Bolt are seeking a long-term bilingual nanny and educator for their family. The family has a three-year-old daughter, a newborn son, and plans to homeschool. The role will carry the children’s learning, Spanish immersion, and routines through the family’s planned move from Whitwell, Tennessee, to Nashville in late 2027 to early 2028. The position is intended as a commitment of five or more years, with the teaching share growing as more children reach school age while the hours remain the same. The educator will care for the daughter from lunch through bedtime and lead about 90 minutes of structured, screen-free learning each day using plans developed with the parents. The rest of the afternoon is learning-rich care, incorporating activities such as cooking, gardening, reading, building, outings, nature, and practical life. Household tasks are done alongside the children so they can participate and learn. The family uses household systems, routines, checklists, AI, and ClickUp; progress is logged in ClickUp, with voice notes accepted. The nanny cares for the baby during the day and works alongside the educator. Cleaning, adult dinners, lawn care, bills, and vendor administration are handled by others. The schedule is five days a week, 12:00–8:00 PM, with workdays to be confirmed as either Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday. The role is currently live-out in Whitwell, Tennessee. A live-in option in a private in-law suite is planned for a future home. The position pays $70,000–$95,000 per year depending on experience, plus a yearly retention increase. It is full-time, W-2 employment.
