About The Position

Advia is seeking a Bilingual Member Contact Specialist I to provide outstanding service and support to members and colleagues. This role involves answering member questions, servicing accounts, and recommending products and services tailored to their financial needs. The specialist will handle incoming calls, offer solutions, and create an exceptional experience, acting as the voice of Advia. The position is fast-paced and fun, requiring a positive, outgoing, and helpful attitude. A bilingual premium is offered for this role, with a specific need for Spanish language proficiency, requiring a proficiency test.
