Headquartered in Norwell, Massachusetts, the organization is rapidly expanding beyond its New England roots into new growth markets, including Virginia. The Medicare Field Sales & Agent Development Manager is responsible for driving agent growth, field marketing, and business development throughout the Tampa, FL area. This highly field‑based role (approximately 80% travel) partners closely with Medicare carriers, internal account teams, and independent agents to generate new prospecting opportunities and increase production. This role focuses on community engagement, senior‑focused marketing initiatives, agent recruitment, and hands‑on field support. Success is measured by agent activation, lead generation, market penetration, and overall production growth.
