About The Position

Parallel Employment is seeking a Bilingual Material Handler to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling materials in the warehouse and assisting with shipping and receiving tasks. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be essential to support our diverse team and ensure smooth operations. This is a temp-to-hire position with a pay rate of $18/hr.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and documentation purposes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in material handling or warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
