About The Position
CMGA Insurance is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and creative Bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing Representative to join our team. This full-time, in-office position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, promoting a brand, creating content, and supporting company events and marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, comfortable communicating with others, and willing to take initiative. CMGA Insurance is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable, and passionate about representing our company and helping us grow our presence in the communities we serve.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable representing CMGA publicly.
- Basic knowledge of social media and content creation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, in office.
- Reliable transportation required for occasional events and marketing activities.

- Marketing, social media, customer service, or related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Represent CMGA Insurance at company, community, and promotional events.
- Assist with social media content, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Create and capture short-form video and photo content for social media.
- Assist with social media posts, captions, and marketing materials.
- Help promote CMGA’s brand, services, and community involvement.
- Communicate with employees, managers, customers, and community partners in a professional manner.
- Assist with company events, sponsorships, community activities, and special projects.
- Help coordinate and distribute promotional materials and marketing items.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, and messages.
- Stay current with social media trends and marketing opportunities.
- Bring creative ideas to help increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Support additional marketing and company projects as needed.
