About The Position

Sussman Law Firm, PLLC, located in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Bilingual Marketing Coordinator to support its marketing and business development efforts. The firm specializes in family and immigration law but handles a variety of other matters. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, experience with digital content and social media, and who enjoys coordinating community events. The Bilingual Marketing Coordinator will help grow the firm’s brand, online presence, and client outreach.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or will obtain degree by Spring 2026) in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • 1–3 years of marketing or communications experience.
  • Competent and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right the first time.
  • Be a team player.
  • Must be able to talk to people in a manner that is polite, educated, compassionate, and compelling to help grow the referral sources.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools, and analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with other marketing/graphic design programs.
  • Experience representing the firm at community events.
  • Experience in a law firm setting.

Responsibilities

  • Market the firm’s legal services to generate leads.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for, and coordinate participation in, community events/outreach throughout the year, sponsorships, print/TV/online advertising, and employee events.
  • Attend local networking events to identify potential referral sources.
  • Nurture referral sources and maintain regular contact with them.
  • Track and report on marketing and community outreach events, such as leads generated.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Assist with creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including creation of video content and obtaining client testimonials.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, branded promotional items, and advertisements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
