About The Position

Assurasource is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled bilingual therapist to provide high-quality mental health services to clients in Texas. The therapist will provide individual therapy for adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, and may provide couples and family therapy to diverse populations dealing with a range of mental health issues. Services include telehealth counseling, intake evaluations, psychosocial and clinical assessments, personalized treatment planning, and clinical documentation. The role works in a supportive environment emphasizing collaboration, professional development, and client-centered care.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, active Texas LPC-A license.
• Have a master's degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Have experience providing telehealth therapy to adult mental health populations.
• Have experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy to diverse populations.
• Have experience conducting intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Have experience developing personalized treatment plans.
• Have experience with clinical documentation and risk assessment.
• Have knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements.
• Have experience using CBT.
• Have strong communication skills in English and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults managing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to diverse populations across a variety of mental health issues.
• Conduct intake evaluations, psychosocial assessments, and clinical assessments.
• Develop individualized and personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, regulatory, and ethical standards.
• Deliver telehealth counseling services and build strong therapeutic rapport remotely.
• Collaborate with care teams and provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate.
