About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Loan Specialist. Internal applicants are welcome to apply without supervisor approval, but must inform their supervisor of their intent to apply. A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for internal transfers, with potential negotiation between supervisors. Talent Acquisition will facilitate the transfer process.

Requirements

• 1 year Customer Service experience in any field
• Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative approach
• Excels in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, demonstrating excellent communication, active listening, and persuasive sales techniques
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficient in basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Nice To Haves

• 6 months Collections experience
• High School/GED preferred
