About The Position

Loan Sales Specialists at OneMain help customers access affordable financing by listening to their needs and presenting tailored solutions. The role combines customer service, sales, loan lifecycle management, and collections activities in a competitive environment where individual and branch results matter. The position is onsite in South Miami. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work. Compensation includes an annual salary plus incentives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to changing role demands to provide timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement while contributing to individual and branch goals.
• Develop new customer connections and maintain existing relationships throughout the loan process and customer lifecycle.
• Present solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring an achievement-oriented attitude and internal drive to succeed.
• Educate customers about optional insurance products and ensure they understand their loans, terms, and options.
