About The Position
We're seeking compassionate and driven Bilingual Legal Intake Representatives to join our team at Legal Intake Professionals. This is an in-office position where you'll be the crucial first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance. You will handle a high volume of incoming calls, guiding individuals who may be going through a difficult time with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy. You will use your sharp communication and active-listening skills to gather information and ensure every interaction is handled with the highest level of care. Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- A professional phone voice that shows care and empathy.
- Ability to actively listen, ask appropriate questions when needed, and gather pertinent details.
- Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.
