About The Position

We are looking for a Bilingual Leasing Floater to join our growing Houston team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Leasing Floater, you’ll provide leasing support across our communities, help generate traffic, conduct apartment tours, follow up with prospects, and help turn leads into new residents.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable
• Comfortable working at different properties throughout Houston
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Positive, energetic, and results-driven attitude

Nice To Haves

• Leasing or multifamily experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leasing support at different Houston-area communities
• Conduct apartment tours and assist prospective residents
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into residents
• Help generate traffic and promote available apartments
