About The Position

The Darby is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to join their team. This role is crucial in creating an exceptional resident experience by greeting prospects, showcasing the community, securing leases, and converting prospects into residents. The Leasing Agent will also contribute marketing ideas to the Management team and ensure all resident interactions align with S2 Residential's mission and core values.

Requirements

1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years’ experience in customer service.
Must be consistently detail-oriented.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to listen and understand goals.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Valid driver license and auto liability insurance is required.
Must have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of ResMan a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet prospects, present the community, capture leases, and convert prospects to residents.
Contribute ideas to the Management team on marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction.
Ensure each resident experience is in line with S2 Residential’s mission and core values.
Engage with future and current residents, including greeting, touring, showing, and closing on qualified prospects.
Process income, rental, and employment information to verify qualification standards.
Perform outreach and online marketing.
Engage and participate in Resident Events.
Manage fair housing, regulatory, and compliance related services.
Walk the property and clean up the office and model apartments as needed.
