Bilingual Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About The Position
D & M Behavioral Solutions of Hallandale Beach, FL is looking to hire a full-time bilingual Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This role is for individuals who speak Spanish or Haitian Creole and can mentor RBTs and coach families in their own language. The Lead RBT will serve as the field leader, helping other RBTs deliver consistent, high-quality ABA for every family. The position involves running ABA sessions, mentoring other RBTs, covering sessions for teammates, and providing feedback to BCBAs and the Clinical Director on case progress. The role also includes assisting with new hire shadowing, treatment-integrity checks, and team trainings.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification in good standing.
- Five or more years of direct ABA experience (ten or more years for the top of the pay range).
- Experience mentoring or training other RBTs.
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Haitian Creole.
- Valid Florida driver license, reliable car, and auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 background screening.
- A genuine love for working with kids and families.
- Patience, reliability, and strong communication with families and teammates.

Responsibilities
- Delivers ABA sessions with an assigned caseload under BCBA direction.
- Models procedures and gives in-the-field feedback to newer RBTs.
- Covers sessions when teammates are out and supports high-need cases.
- Helps with new-hire shadowing, treatment-integrity checks, and team trainings.
- Shares front-line observations with BCBAs and the Clinical Director.
- Completes accurate data and session notes in ABA Matrix within 24 hours.
- Maintains client confidentiality and follows D & M policies and the RBT Ethics Code.
