About The Position

Join the Fidelis Team as a Bilingual Maintenance Manager! We are seeking a Bilingual Maintenance Manager to lead our facility's maintenance operations and ensure all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure operate efficiently. This hands-on role will manage a team of up to six Maintenance Technicians, develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate with various departments to support production goals.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
5-7 years in industrial maintenance
At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong background in PLC programming and troubleshooting
Strong background in hydraulics
Strong background in pneumatics
Strong background in robotics
Strong background in welding
Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a maintenance team
Effective communication with management, production teams, and vendors
Skilled in scheduling and tracking maintenance activities, inventory, and budgets
Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to a safety-first environment
Willingness to adjust work hours (evenings/weekends/on-call) to meet operational needs

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and mentor up to six Maintenance Technicians, providing guidance on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and daily tasks.
Develop and manage a comprehensive PM schedule using CMMS, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment lifespan.
Monitor and maintain all machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs; perform MIG/ARC welding when needed.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure issues to keep operations running smoothly.
Maintain cost-effective inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor maintenance spending.
Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies, fostering a safety-first culture and conducting regular audits.
Work closely with the Plant Manager and production teams to align maintenance plans with production goals and schedules.
Lead initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, adopt new technologies, and streamline operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, track performance in CMMS, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
