About The Position

Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking a full-time Bilingual Human Resources & Safety Coordinator for their Sunland Park, NM facility. This role operates on 2nd shift, working 40 hours per week. The coordinator will support HR operations and workplace safety initiatives across multiple facilities, including leading annual trainings, assisting with safety programs, supporting workers' compensation processes, and ensuring a safe and compliant work environment. This position serves as a key point of contact for employees and leadership, promoting a culture of safety, compliance, communication, and support, with a strong emphasis on utilizing bilingual communication skills for effective workforce interaction.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related experience required
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
  • Proficiency with computers, including HRIS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet software
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both in an office setting and within a production environment as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred
  • OSHA certification is a plus
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
