About The Position

Manage a high-volume flow of candidates through the life cycle of the recruitment process. Maintain job postings, screen applications, source candidates, and conduct interviews to support an effective recruiting process. This role also involves general clerical duties, setting up meetings, and performing limited HR and benefits administration functions. Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources
  • Associate degree or relevant certification is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized with an eye for detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage a recruiting pipeline, including identifying staffing needs, scheduling and conducting interviews, and conducting reference checks and screenings.
  • Post open requisitions on our website and other sources such as social media and job boards.
  • Maintain relationships with operations leaders and hiring managers, and provide support throughout the onboarding process and for issues with screenings/next steps.
  • Monitor candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure they fit the job and company culture.
  • Act as the direct point of contact for candidates throughout every step of the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Coordinate on-site leadership walkthroughs with potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, veteran agencies, and employment agencies.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including answering phones and maintaining records, inputting work orders, and ordering supplies.
  • Set up and facilitate department meetings and appointments.
  • Perform limited general HR and benefits administration functions.
  • Communicate and collaborate with department leadership to resolve team member concerns or other issues.
  • Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
