About The Position

The Casino Host will manage all aspects of a customer journey while on property, simultaneously coordinating with Executive Casino Hosts on pre- and post-trip planning. You will report to the Director of Player Development. Must be fluent in Spanish.

Requirements

• Bilingual/fluent in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of standard computer applications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of marketing, promotions, and overall casino knowledge.
• Decision-making skills, along with the ability to resolve escalated guest issues.
• Two (2) years prior customer service-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute Player Greets on the gaming floor, social events, special promotions, and concerts, including managing the event ticketing process.
• Identify new guests on the casino floor who meet hosting criteria, while ensuring focus remains on currently hosted guests.
• Resolve service failures, take immediate action to fill service gaps, and cement player loyalty with VIP Guests.
• Resolve guest issues in a calm, professional, and prudent manner.
• Evaluate a player’s current and potential worth according to compensating guidelines to build loyalty and maximize return on investment.
• Spend 90% of time greeting and acknowledging VIP Guests on the casino floor while providing superior guest service.
• Enforce compliance of all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies.
• Identify methods to increase efficiency and improve products or services.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
