About The Position

We are seeking an LPN for a Spanish speaking client; a bilingual LPN is preferred but not required. With Days, Nights and Weekend hours available, build a schedule that works well for you! This role includes assisting with daily living activities, assistance with suppositories and digital stimulation, provide companionship, Hoyer Lifts, meal prep, transportation, medical appointments, light cleaning, laundry, and supporting the client in maintaining comfort, safety, and independence in their home. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and can communicate effectively with Spanish speaking clients and families. Requirements

Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

bilingual LPN is preferred
Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.
can communicate effectively with Spanish speaking clients and families.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.
Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
