About The Position

Carenet Health is seeking passionate, empathetic, and patient-focused individuals to join their team as Bilingual Healthcare CSRs. This remote, work-from-home position offers the opportunity to support patients with their healthcare needs by interacting with patients, patient representatives, providers, and pharmacies. The role involves making outbound calls to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess high-risk patients, conduct surveys, and assist members with benefits and insurance information. Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inch with HDMI and Display ports

Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers.
Outreaching to patients to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings.
Assessing patients for high risk or other healthcare appointments.
Helping patients make decisions that will enhance their healthcare experience.
Making welcome calls and assisting members and patients with benefits and insurance information.
Conducting outbound calls to perform surveys.
