About The Position

Carenet Health is seeking passionate and empathetic individuals to join their team as a Bilingual Healthcare CSR. This remote, work-from-home position focuses on supporting patients with their healthcare needs through outbound calls. Team members will enroll individuals into a food box program or reauthorize their participation. The role involves interacting with patients, patient representatives, and providers. While primarily remote, there may be a requirement to travel to New York City for a company-arranged and covered training session. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inch with HDMI and Display ports
  • Able to travel to New York City for 1 day to attend a four hour training. Travel is company-arranged and covered; candidates must be able to travel by air.

Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound calls to enroll individuals into their food box program or to reauthorize them into the program.
  • Help members make decisions that will enhance their healthcare experience.
  • Make a difference in someone's life by assisting with their healthcare journey through tailored nutrition programs.
