About The Position

Carenet Health is seeking a Bilingual Healthcare CSR for a remote, work-from-home position. This role focuses on supporting patients with their healthcare needs through outbound calls to enroll them in or reauthorize them for a food box program. The program is designed as a food-as-medicine initiative, medically created to help members manage chronic illnesses. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare, empathetic, patient-focused, and enjoys interacting with various stakeholders in the healthcare system. While primarily remote, there may be a requirement to travel to New York City for a company-arranged and covered training session. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inch with HDMI and Display ports
  • Able to travel to New York City for 1 day to attend a four hour training. Travel is company-arranged and covered; candidates must be able to travel by air.

Responsibilities
