About The Position

The Bilingual Gate Guard is responsible for controlling site access, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the construction site. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors, requiring strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. The Gate Guard plays a critical role in maintaining site security, safety compliance, and accurate entry/exit documentation. This is a full-time position that will report to the project site location in Cameron, LA to perform job duties. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
