About The Position

This role is responsible for the proper installation of delivered merchandise, as well as handling deliveries, service calls, and retrieval of merchandise from customers' residences. The specialist will safeguard company assets, maintain constant communication, and operate company vehicles according to policy. Requirements

Must be able to speak English and Spanish.
Must have a high school diploma.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Must be a good communicator.
Must be able to lift and carry loads up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
Must be physically fit for this job.

Responsibilities

Responsible for deliveries, service calls, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsible for safeguarding all monies collected while in the field.
Responsible for the proper care and movement of all merchandise in transport.
Maintain rented units by making minor repairs to inventory, as well as sterilization and product respect.
Carefully check returns upon pick up and promptly refurbish to “like new” condition.
Handles customer issues in a professional manner.
Responsible for cleanliness of the backroom and the assigned company vehicle.
Responsible for helping receive new merchandise.
Responsible for cleaning and stocking showroom.
