Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent required.
Pleasant, professional, and articulate phone voice.
Ability to multi-task and handle many incoming calls or patients at once.
Efficient and accurate data-entry skills.
Computer literacy and multi-line phone or switchboard experience.
Basic math, alphabetical or numerical filing knowledge may be required.
Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and direct them appropriately.
Welcome clients and ensure they are promptly attended to by the appropriate staff.
Accurately enter patient information into our systems.
Support the volunteer coordinator in managing volunteers effectively.
Adhere to appointment and scheduling procedures as outlined by management.
Manage client payments following established cash handling procedures.
Efficiently perform opening and closing duties.
Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and organized clinic lobby.
Process lab results following the directions of the Practice Manager.
Engage actively in the Performance Improvement Program to enhance service quality.
Show respect and consideration to all patients, families, visitors, and staff.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Operate equipment and perform procedures safely and correctly.
Report any safety concerns immediately and participate in safety training.
