You’ll be part of a high-performing team, helping customers complete their loan applications, providing clear guidance, and introducing helpful services based on their needs. This role includes both customer support and proactive outbound calling. This position is starting on May 25, 2026. Successful candidates MUST be available to start. This is a permanent, full-time onsite position based at: 255 Consumers Road, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M2J 1R4. We are looking for candidates who are available to work any five (5) days per week on a rotational schedule within the following hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm, Saturday 8am to 8pm, Sunday 9am to 6pm.
