About The Position

As a Bilingual Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager , you will coordinate finance and insurance activities for our customers, assisting them with vehicle financing, preparing necessary documentation, and selling extended service contracts and additional protection products. Your role is essential in ensuring compliance with legal requirements, improving customer satisfaction, and maximizing dealership profitability.

Requirements

Minimum of two years experience in finance and insurance, preferably in a dealership environment.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong negotiation skills with a professional and dependable work ethic.
Ability to meet goals with limited supervision and maintain a confident and outgoing personality.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, staff, and vendors.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with computers and internet usage.
Professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Responsibilities

Offer vehicle financing and insurance options to customers, thoroughly explaining aftermarket products, extended warranties, and dealership service policies.
Assist customers in obtaining financing through lenders while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
Prepare all necessary state and federal documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates and financing programs.
Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth referral of sales to the F&I department and provide information on finance and lease options.
Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.
