Bilingual Express Service Advisor
About The Position
Universal Toyota is currently seeking reliable, performance-driven individuals to add to our award-winning team of Express Maintenance Service Advisors. Duties and responsibilities may include greeting customers and assisting them with service needs, consulting with technicians about needed repairs and recommendations on customers' vehicles, answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary, informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections, and assisting customers with deciding to fix their car through the dealership's shop or trading the vehicle in. This role also involves overseeing and managing the service center's scheduling and workflow.
