About The Position

Support bilingual Spanish/English executives by managing schedules, communications, documents, and contract workflows while using Microsoft 365 and AI tools to create infographics and streamline administrative tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • AI certification or relevant education/experience
  • Experience with contract management systems
  • Experience with complex bookkeeping (preferred)
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • AI tools for infographic generation
  • LLM-assisted workflows
  • Contract management systems
  • Document management and workflow automation
  • Basic bookkeeping tools/ERP (preferred)
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Clear written and verbal communication
