Bilingual Evening Cleaning Manager
About The Position
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Bilingual Evening Commercial Cleaning Manager to oversee nightly operations, support employees and supervisors, ensure quality standards, and help maintain excellent customer satisfaction. This role involves leading, supporting, and communicating with cleaning staff, supervisors, floor techs, and floaters. The manager will also be responsible for training new employees, conducting inspections, handling nightly call-offs, assisting with cleaning duties when necessary, solving operational and staffing challenges, and reviewing employee timecards.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Spanish REQUIRED
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask

Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and communicate with cleaning staff, supervisors, floor techs, floaters, and managers.
- Train and coach new employees to ensure success.
- Conduct inspections and follow up on requests using mobile apps.
- Handle nightly call-offs and ensure all buildings are properly covered.
- Step in and assist with cleaning duties when necessary.
- Help solve operational and staffing challenges quickly and professionally.
- Review and approve employee timecards accurately.
