Bilingual Evening Cleaning Manager
About The Position
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Bilingual Evening Commercial Cleaning Manager to oversee nightly operations, support employees and supervisors, ensure quality standards, and help maintain excellent customer satisfaction. This role involves leading, supporting, and communicating with cleaning staff, supervisors, floor technicians, floaters, and managers. The manager will also train and coach new employees, conduct inspections, handle nightly call-offs, assist with cleaning duties when necessary, and help solve operational and staffing challenges. Additionally, the role includes reviewing and approving employee timecards.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Spanish REQUIRED
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Problem-solving and time-management skills
Responsibilities
