About The Position

As an Employment Advisor with Arion Care, you’ll be the first point of contact for new hires—guiding them through training, background checks, paperwork, and orientation. You’ll ensure compliance, create a welcoming experience, and act as a bridge between applicants and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Currently resides in Yuma, AZ - required
  • Ability to travel as needed and work out of the Yuma office
  • 2+ years’ experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems
  • Must be at least 18 and eligible for a DPS fingerprint car

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support applicants through training, background checks, and onboarding
  • Explain company policies & procedures
  • Coordinate new hire files, schedules, and compliance requirements
  • Provide ongoing virtual and in-person support during the hiring process
  • Partner with supervisors to meet staffing needs
