We are currently recruiting for one (1) Bilingual DOL2Go Licensing Services Representative with amazing customer service skills and reliable work ethic to add to our DOL2Go Mobile Unit! Requirements

  • One (1) year of experience as a Licensing Services Representative 2 (LSR2). OR Five (5) years of experience issuing driver licenses or vehicle titles and registrations to the public. Two (2) years of relevant education may substitute year for year for experience.
  • Fluency in communication both verbally and in writing in Spanish, and upon hire must maintain certification requirements for DOL standards.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Valid WA driver license and five (5) years of licensed driving experience. Your valid driver license must have no restrictions other than corrective lenses, or you must have the ability to obtain one upon hire.
  • One (1) year of experience of responsibly and accurately handling the public’s money when processing financial transactions.
  • One (1) year of experience as a lead to include assigning, guiding, coaching and training one or more teammates while performing similar work.
  • The ability to type a speed of 40 wpm.
  • Experience using word processing software, such as Microsoft Word or WordPerfect.
  • Successful completion of Enhanced Driver Licensing (EDL) training.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of experience evaluating complex information to ensure accuracy and verifying compliance with rules, laws, policies, procedures or eligibility requirements to receive a product of service.
  • One (1) year of experience explaining rules, policies, and or procedures are regular daily functions. Experience must include the frequent application of techniques to ensure professionalism and mutual understanding.
  • One (1) year of experience drafting and delivering clear information to diverse groups of people.
  • Experience as a supervisor of a team in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Experience in a DOL DLO verifying documentation and issuing documentation to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise mobile licensing unit (DOL2Go) events and support the LSR4 to coordinate the events.
  • Coordinate and administer licensing operations and mobile unit activities, including site security, staff scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance with procedures.
  • Communicate with facilities, information services, and the DOL2Go Supervisors, Licensing Service Manager (LSM 1) on all maintenance or equipment requests.
  • Ensure the validity of customer qualifications (physical, medical and visual) for licensing issuance.
  • Explain driver licensing programs, services, and regulations.
  • Upon completing training and certification, you will be authorized to issue Enhanced Drivers Licenses (EDL), which will result in a 10% pay increase.
