About The Position

The full time Bilingual (French) Distribution Supervisor helps provide overall leadership to non-exempt airport employees. This includes responsibility for overall operational performance, customer satisfaction, employee culture, safety and service, budget and supplier relations. The Director of Operations oversees fleet availability and revenue generation.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Ability to upsell and overcome customer objections.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Successful completion of a background screen.
