About The Position

The full time Distribution Supervisor helps provide overall leadership to non-exempt airport employees. This includes responsibility for overall operational performance, customer satisfaction, employee culture, safety and service, budget and supplier relations.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Ability to upsell and overcome customer objections.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Successful completion of a background screen.
