Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- At least 21 years old
- One year of experience in behavioral health or childcare
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance or ability to obtain one
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Business use vehicle insurance
- Vehicle registration
- Completion of all necessary paperwork and mandatory training prior to providing services
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the behavioral health field
- Bilingualism
Responsibilities
- Providing support, guidance, and direction to members attending Community or Center-Based programs.
- Offering MIKID licensable services to primary caregivers while supporting the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of members and their families.
- Services may be provided in the child’s home, a licensed facility, or in the community.
