Under the general direction of the Direct Service Manager, a Direct Care Provider is responsible for providing support, guidance, and direction to members attending Community or Center-Based programs. Direct Care Providers offer MIKID licensable services to primary caregivers while supporting the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of members and their families. Services may be provided in the child’s home, a licensed facility, or in the community.

Requirements

High School degree or equivalent
At least 21 years old
6 months of experience in behavioral health or childcare
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities
CPR/First Aid Certification
Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance or ability to obtain one
Valid Arizona Driver's License
Business use vehicle insurance
Vehicle registration
Completion of all necessary paperwork and mandatory training prior to providing services

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in the behavioral health field
Bilingualism
