Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting highly preferred.
- Experience with telephones and computers.
- Fluent in Spanish is a required.
Responsibilities
- Assisting patients with their scheduling needs across multiple channels, including phone, Solutionreach, and the EMR.
- Rescheduling appointments as needed.
- Scheduling incoming referrals.
- Supporting mailings and other projects as call volume permits.
