About The Position

Greater Philadelphia Health Action, Inc. is a non-profit healthcare organization with a commitment to provide compassionate and affordable healthcare services regardless of an individual’s ability to pay. GPHA is one of the largest Dental providers in Philadelphia and Tri-state area. We are presently seeking full-time Dental Customer Service Representatives. This role requires an energetic, outgoing person with growth potential who wants to grow and develop with the division. Traveling and rotating Saturdays are required.

Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • CPR Certification required or can be provided
  • Ability to interact with people of diverse cultures and languages effectively to obtain necessary information

Nice To Haves

  • Dental front desk experience preferred
