Requirements

  • College diploma, university degree, or relevant experience in requirements analysis.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of group insurance and of the relationships between user requirements and IT systems in order to offer technical solutions that meet client needs and to support the effective implementation of solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Office Suite and ability to handle and organize data.
  • Fluently bilingual in both written and spoken English and French in order to provide services to our clients and communicate with internal stakeholders in both official languages.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of VBA/SQL interfaces and language is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing interfaces and support clients using the flexible group insurance plan administration system.
  • Oversee different phases of work to ensure deadlines are met, follow up as required, and assist clients in their daily operations.
  • Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
  • Focus on process improvement, make recommendations, and harness automation to develop tools that simplify group insurance plan administration.
  • Implement new interfaces, set up new clients on the flexible group insurance plan administration system, and update and validate data.
  • Manage deliverables and timelines with minimal supervision to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time.
  • Process client requests and follow up as required in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
  • Offer technical support for client requests, while maintaining a reputation for excellence in customer service.
  • Perform independent solution analyses for projects that impact customer experience.
  • Manage renewals for clients using Flexit and ensure tasks are completed within the established time frame.
  • Document operational transfer procedures.
  • Act as a first point of contact for problem solving.
  • Develop test plans and carry out test cases for system changes or interface development.
  • Communicate and coordinate project tasks effectively, ensuring all parties complete their work.
