About The Position

We are seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Support & Lead Generation Specialists to join our growing team in Barranquilla. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and SMS. You'll help resolve customer inquiries, schedule appointments, support internal teams, and play a key role in converting inbound inquiries into qualified leads. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are confident speaking with customers in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and SMS
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments
  • Educate customers on available services and solutions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed
  • Process appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
  • Create and route support tickets when necessary
