We’re hiring a Bilingual (French) Customer Success Specialist to strategically partner with our customers and drive value, retention and growth. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the center of our growth — working directly with customers as they go live on the B3 platform and supporting them in real production environments. You’ll be part of a dynamic team onboarding new customers and sites on a regular basis. One day making an impact on our customer daily, you may be helping launch a new plant one day, and the next your responding to live customer requests and expanding an existing client. This role offers constant variety, real responsibility, and the opportunity to work with exciting industrial customers adopting AI for the first time.
