About The Position

We’re hiring a Bilingual (French) Customer Success Specialist to strategically partner with our customers and drive value, retention and growth. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the center of our growth — working directly with customers as they go live on the B3 platform and supporting them in real production environments. You’ll be part of a dynamic team onboarding new customers and sites on a regular basis. One day making an impact on our customer daily, you may be helping launch a new plant one day, and the next your responding to live customer requests and expanding an existing client. This role offers constant variety, real responsibility, and the opportunity to work with exciting industrial customers adopting AI for the first time.

Requirements

  • You can Read/ Write/ Speak French at a professional level (Bonus if certified)
  • Keen eye for detail, and driven by the data
  • Proven Customer Success experience with a B2B SaaS company is a must.
  • Experienced in delivering Tier 1 product demos.
  • Organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • A customer-first mindset with a track record of spotting opportunities within the client ecosystem,
  • Interested in AI, data, and modern technology platforms.

  • Certified in French

Responsibilities

  • Manage client base with a focus on segmentation and strategic prioritization.
  • Participate in client PIR and health checks.
  • Act as a first point of contact for client requests and support.
  • Spot and act on early signs of churn through active account reviews.
  • Partner with Sales to identify for expansion opportunities.
  • Help improve onboarding workflows and support processes.
