Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning ERP or order management systems.
Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, inside sales, retail sales, or account support experience preferred.
Experience in construction, industrial distribution, building materials, or related industries is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers, providing professional and friendly service in both English and Spanish.
Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, order placement, and order status updates.
Prepare customer quotes, process sales orders, and accurately enter information into the company's ERP system.
Process payments and remittances while maintaining accurate records.
Support outside sales representatives by preparing quotes, researching products, coordinating supplier information, and assisting with customer follow-up.
Maintain an organized, well-stocked showroom and ensure merchandise is displayed professionally.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for additional sales.
Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Perform general administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
