This position is ideal for someone fluent in Spanish looking for a career in customer service within the title loan industry. The company operates nearly 1,000 offices in over twenty states and has been helping customers since 1990. They believe their Customer Service Representatives are the heart of their business and are looking for motivated, honest, and dependable individuals.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual, fluent in Spanish
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work full time
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Basic computer and data entry experience
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Criminal background check
- Consumer credit check
- Drug screen
