Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience (Required)
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Educating new, existing, and past customers on our services
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending the best solutions
  • Upselling and cross-selling multiple service options to maximize value
  • Building rapport and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
